Guidelines for Project Submissions and Initial Communications

To improve the efficiency of project review and communication, HONG KONG LIKO GLOBAL LIMITED has published guidelines covering submission materials, document requirements, communication procedures, and related considerations.

Project Submission and Initial Communication

To improve the efficiency of project engagement and preliminary assessment, HONG KONG LIKO GLOBAL LIMITED has prepared the following guidelines to help project owners organize and submit relevant information.

These guidelines apply to companies, institutions, and project teams interested in discussing industry cooperation, resource coordination, project research, or other potential business opportunities with Liko Global.

Submitting project materials does not establish an investment, financing, agency, or cooperation relationship between the parties. Any further cooperation will remain subject to project assessment, due diligence, internal approval, and the execution of formal agreements.

1. Recommended Project Information

To support an initial review, project owners may provide the following information where applicable:

  • Project name and executive summary;
  • Legal entity name, place of registration, date of establishment, and general corporate information;
  • Project background, current development stage, and progress;
  • Core team members and relevant industry experience;
  • Industry sector, target market, and primary application scenarios;
  • The practical problem addressed by the project and the limitations of existing solutions;
  • Core products, technologies, services, and competitive advantages;
  • Intellectual property, patents, qualifications, and industry licenses;
  • Business model, principal customers, and current operations;
  • Available operating data, orders, contracts, or cooperation records;
  • Current funding arrangements and anticipated funding requirements;
  • The specific form of cooperation the project owner wishes to discuss;
  • Relevant regulatory, compliance, and material risk considerations.

Early-stage projects without a complete set of documents may initially provide a project summary, team introduction, application scenarios, core solution, and proposed cooperation requirements.

2. File Formats and Document Requirements

Project materials should preferably be submitted in commonly used formats such as PDF, PowerPoint, Word, or Excel. The information should be clearly structured, and all significant data should identify its source where appropriate.

Project presentation files should include a version date and use the following naming format:

Project Name – Submitting Organization – Submission Date

If the submission contains multiple documents, the files may be organized into a single compressed folder with an accompanying file list.

When materials are provided through a link, please confirm that the link is active and that the required access permissions have been enabled.

Please do not submit password-protected files without prior communication. If encryption is necessary, the password should be provided separately through an appropriate channel.

3. Submission Method

Project materials may be submitted through the official Liko Global email address:

contact@likoglobal.com

The recommended email subject format is:

Project Submission – Project Name – Submitting Organization

The email should include the contact person’s name, telephone number, email address, project location, and the principal matters the project owner wishes to discuss.

To protect important information and ensure accurate delivery, project materials should be submitted only through contact details published on the official website. Sensitive documents should not be sent to unverified personal accounts or unofficial channels.

4. Initial Communication and Assessment Process

After project materials are received, the preliminary process will generally include the following stages:

  1. Receipt and Registration
    Submitted materials are registered and categorized for initial handling.

  2. Completeness Review
    The materials are checked to determine whether they provide sufficient information for an initial understanding. Additional documents may be requested if essential information is missing.

  3. Preliminary Research and Assessment
    An initial assessment may consider the relevant industry, application scenarios, development stage, team capabilities, business model, and proposed cooperation requirements.

  4. Communication Arrangements
    Where there is a reasonable basis for further discussion, the relevant team may contact the project owner to arrange an online or in-person meeting.

  5. Supplementary Information and Further Assessment
    Depending on the outcome of the initial discussion, additional business, technical, financial, legal, regulatory, or other information may be requested.

  6. Due Diligence and Internal Review
    If the project proceeds to a further assessment stage, appropriate due diligence and internal review may be conducted according to the nature of the project.

  7. Cooperation Proposal and Formal Agreement
    Formal cooperation may be discussed only after the parties reach an understanding regarding the proposed direction, implementation conditions, responsibilities, and other relevant matters.

Receipt of project materials does not mean that a project has passed an assessment. Further communication will depend on the completeness of the information, business alignment, and internal work arrangements.

5. Accuracy and Authorization

Project owners are responsible for ensuring that all submitted information is accurate, complete, and not misleading. They must also have the legal right to provide the relevant documents to Liko Global.

If submitted materials contain third-party confidential information, personal data, intellectual property, or other protected content, the project owner must obtain all necessary authorizations and remain responsible for the source and permitted use of that information.

Project owners must not submit state secrets, unlawfully obtained information, or sensitive materials that cannot legally be transmitted through ordinary email.

Liko Global may discontinue communications if a submission contains false statements, material omissions, ownership disputes, or other significant compliance concerns.

6. Confidentiality and Information Security

Liko Global will manage and internally circulate submitted materials only as reasonably required for project communication and assessment.

For highly confidential technical, financial, or commercial information, project owners should initially provide only the information necessary for a preliminary assessment. If appropriate, the parties may discuss and execute a separate confidentiality agreement before more sensitive materials are exchanged.

Ordinary email is not an entirely secure method of transmitting information. Before sending highly sensitive documents, project owners should contact the Company to confirm an appropriate transmission method.

7. Important Notice

  • A project submission or initial discussion does not constitute an investment commitment, financing commitment, or guarantee of cooperation;
  • Liko Global does not guarantee returns or project outcomes merely because materials have been received;
  • No person may make commitments regarding cooperation or returns on behalf of Liko Global without formal written authorization;
  • Project owners should verify official contact details and remain alert to suspicious payment requests;
  • Any formal cooperation will be governed by the final written agreement signed by the relevant parties.
